# РнП (Рука на Пульсе)

Рука на Пульсе — инструмент для оценки эффективности рекламных вложений. Он строит полную воронку поведения покупателя: от первого касания до корзины и оформления заказа, показывая путь клиента по этапам и сразу выделяя точки, где изменяется трафик.

Рекламные отчёты на маркетплейсах показывают только прямые действия — переход по объявлению и прямой заказ.

Но покупатель редко приобретает сразу: он может кликнуть один товар, открыть карточку, посмотреть ваш кабинет, сравнить варианты и купить совсем другой артикул. Эти касания в стандартных отчётах не фиксируются.

Поэтому кампания может выглядеть «эффективной», хотя фактический трафик не доходит до покупки, а деньги растворяются на разных этапах — в показах, кликах, карточке, корзине.

У селлера нет доступа к реальной воронке и пониманию, где именно теряется трафик и как реклама влияет на общие продажи.

Благодаря РнП можно понять, что влияет на конверсию, где нужны корректировки, какие рекламные действия реально дают результат, как меняется динамика показателей и чего ждать по продажам дальше.

РнП помогает строить решения на фактах, прогнозировать заказы и адаптировать предложения под разное поведение аудитории.

Для эффективного использования на WB и Ozon предусмотрена разная логика работы инструмента РнП.
